1 large avocado
1 large mango
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Himalayan Salt and cracked black pepper to season

Action:
1. Slice the avocados.
2. Slice the mango.
3. Dice the garlic.
4. On a plate place the avocado and mango.
5. Drizzle with oil.
6. Sprinkle chia seeds over it.
7. Sprinkle garlic over it.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
TIP:
+ Use black or regular sesame seeds as an alternative to chia seeds!
