Need a healthy and tasty afternoon snack?
What you need:
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Slice the above and roll into spring rolls.
To make the Spicy Peanut Dipping sauce
- Mix 1/2 tbs natural peanut butter with lemon juice, 1 tsp rice vinegar, dash of ginger, red pepper and sea salt.
Can't find the spring rolls? Just toss the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle the sauce over :)
